1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a SecureTrade Ng account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Our Role

SecureTrade Ng is a secure digital workflow router. We do not hold customer funds. All payments are processed and held in escrow via our CBN-regulated payment partner, Monnify, and released automatically once delivery is verified.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for safeguarding your login credentials, and for any activity on your account. Never share your 4-digit delivery PIN or account password with anyone.

4. Prohibited Use

The platform may not be used for illegal goods, fraudulent transactions, money laundering, or any activity that violates Nigerian law. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

5. Fees

SecureTrade Ng charges a service fee per completed transaction, in addition to standard payment gateway and delivery fees. These fees are disclosed at checkout and are non-refundable once a rider has been dispatched.

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are reviewed by our support team. Item funds remain protected in escrow until the case is resolved, while logistics fulfillment fees are securely allocated to protect our couriers.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
