What happens if something goes wrong?
Funds only move when the delivery code is verified. If the code is incorrect or the item isn't confirmed delivered, here's exactly what happens next.
Wrong code entered
If the dispatch rider inputs an incorrect delivery code, the payout is not triggered. The rider can retry with the correct code provided by the buyer, or contact our support team to review the delivery.
Buyer refuses to share the code
If the item has been delivered but the buyer withholds the code, the vendor can open a dispute. Our team reviews delivery evidence (rider proof, timestamps, photos) and releases funds to the vendor once verified.
Item not delivered
If the rider never arrives or the buyer never receives the package, the buyer opens a dispute. Funds remain locked in escrow and are refunded to the buyer once non-delivery is confirmed.
Item damaged or not as described
The buyer should refuse the delivery and not share the code. They can then raise a dispute with photos and details. Our team mediates between the buyer and vendor to reach a fair resolution before any funds are released.
Every dispute is reviewed by our support team. Item funds stay protected until the case is resolved, while logistics fulfillment fees are securely allocated to protect our couriers.
