We collect the information you provide when creating an account (name, email, phone number), transaction details necessary to route deals and payouts, and standard technical data such as device type and IP address for security purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to operate the escrow workflow, verify identity (KYC), enable payouts via Monnify, detect fraud, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Payment Data

Card and bank details are handled directly by Monnify, our CBN-regulated payment partner. SecureTrade Ng never stores your full card number, CVV, or bank password.

4. Data Sharing

We share only the minimum information required with counterparties in a deal (e.g., a rider sees the delivery address, a vendor sees the buyer's name and phone number). Regulatory disclosures are made only when legally required.

5. Data Security

All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS. Sensitive data is stored in access-controlled databases with row-level security. We follow industry-standard practices to prevent unauthorized access.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@securetrade.ng. Some records may be retained where required by Nigerian law.
